I have double checked the venue I am registering for and am sure that's where I want to record. I understand my check in time for Bandido's is 7:00pm or Posh is 10:30pm

I understand I am reserving a spot for my recording and no one else can take my spot. Therefore if something comes up I will notify Call Me Ozz I cannot make it. I understand that "No Shows" become restricted to reserving at any Call Me Ozz event. CONTACT CALL ME OZZ

I understand my video will be recorded professionally with the sound directly plugged into the sound board. It may sound differently than the "live" version. I understand there is only one take per night available.

I understand that I must submit payment after this registration form is submitted. You will want to use the discount code of Ozz15wsok for the $25 registration fee.

I understand that paying the registration fee does not guarantee my spot in the WSOK. Once I pay the registration fee, AND submit my video, the video will be viewed by the video judges per the WSOK rules and viewing dates. The judges will determine if your video entry should be advanced to the WSOK.

Viewing Dates are: October 18, November 16, December 16

I understand I only have to pay the registration fee only once for up to three video recordings. I can schedule my other recording nights upon completion of my first night with Draztik Entertainment on site, subject to availability.

I understand I must provide a 2gb (Minimum) SD card for the videographer to record my video on. I will be given it back upon completion of my recording.

I understand I must accept the video recording raw. At my expense I may have the videographer professionally edit it for a reduced rate.

I understand this video tapping is a free service courtesy of Draztik Entertainment. Donations are accepted.
