Call Me Ozz Dot Net LLC (Hereafter referred to as CMO) genuinely enjoys sharing its affiliates needs with the abilities of various performers and entertainers, for the benefit of the community as a whole.

Each time CMO offers a performer or entertainer a gig, the performer or entertainer must agree to the following terms and conditions.

Submitting a falsified form is fraud. 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: (1)Whenever we receive an opportunity for your services we will send you an email with all the details of the gig. (2)Should the opportunity fit within the parameters of your services, simply reply to the email that you do or do not accept the offer based on the terms and conditions of the offered gig. (3)Please consider every opportunity in detail before responding as once we book your services, we no longer seek additional contractors, therefore we are counting on you to perform the said services. No shows to a gig will be permanent removal from this referral services. (4)You also agree to complete confidentiality. You may not discuss or promote the offered gig until Call Me Ozz has offered a release for publication for the said gig. (5)You acknowledge that you are not an employee of CMO. (6)You will be responsible for all Local, State, and Federal Taxes. (7)You shall negotiate all final fees with said venue or event. (8)CMO is not responsible for any damage to equipment. (9)It is the responsibility of the contractor to provide liability insurance. (10)CMO is not responsible for any copy write infringements incurred by the contractor. (11)On an ongoing event, you shall contact the potential employer within three days of receiving the referral. If not CMO will offer the position to another contractor. (12)You agree that if the referred venue or event asks for a re-gig, it shall go through CMO. That any referrals from any gig from CMO, will always go through CMO and the referral fee shall be paid. By submitting this form, you agree to all of the terms and conditions outlined.
