CMO shall seek and refer said entertainer to above client for the following services and dates to be performed:
If this is an ongoing, weekly event, the client must agree to a minimum of
weeks
of service with the said entertainer. This agreement may be dissolved on the grounds of misconduct of the entertainer, with notice being given to CMO at least 3 days prior to termination of the entertainer. CMO cannot be held liable for any misconduct actions of the entertainer. Lack of attendance is not reasoning to dissolve this agreement.
