Any violations of these terms will be grounds for muting of the microphone and removal from the stage and the Fair grounds without compensation and future agreements with CMO and the NMSF.

Submitting a falsified form is fraud.

1. Each Comedian shall be managed by LFP. 2. Check in backstage of the Mattress Firm Pavilion by 5:30pm on Thursday, September 13, 2018. 3. Remain on property until his time to perform his set on stage. 4. Not enter the stage until his stage time. 5. Have a limited time on stage to be designated by LFP and shall exit the stage once the time is expired. 6. Be compensated by LFP. 7. Be responsible for all taxes liable from this performance and receipt of income. 8. Not allow any other persons behind stage. Only entertainers are permitted behind stage. 9. Exercise a family friendly set, which cannot include any cuss language, sexual innuendos, drug affiliation or gang affiliation.
