Three Judges: $75 per night

Assistant: $75 per night

Administrative costs (Marketing/Graphics/Web/Reservations/Etc): $100 per night

(1) Once CMO builds the ad, CMO shall e-mail the proof to the client for approval.

(2) CMO will notify the client to proof and approve the ad, if the client approves the ad, CMO will place the ad in the said pages and publish.

(4) If the client does not approve of the ad, CMO shall make the necessary changes and then send it to the client again for approval.
CMO will not publish an ad without client approval unless Seven days has passed since the notification, then CMO reserves the right to place the ad in the said pages and publish without the client’s approval.

(5) This agreement holds a seven day buffer for building of the ad, if more time is needed to finalize an ad, CMO will not credit any time if the ad is not published by the said date.

(6) The client understands there is not an automatic renewal. CMO will contact the client approximately two weeks prior to expiration for an opportunity for renewal. CMO reserves the right to refuse to renew or service any client for any reason.

(7) This ad may not change during the term.

(8) CMO does not guarantee any results from this advertisement, only that the promised services are performed.

(9) CMO does not guarantee any results only that the services promised shall be provided.

The CLIENT:

(1) Agrees to host the said qualifying audition as outlined below and services shall be performed by CMO as requested.

(2) Agrees that this night of karaoke shall begin at the contracted time and shall not be delayed for any reason.

(3) Understands that once entered into this agreement the scheduled night of qualification cannot be changed for any reason.

(4) Agrees to have maximum available staff on hand to provide excellent service to the patrons on the qualifying night (s).

(5) Shall provide necessary security for safety and capacity regulations. CMO is not responsible for over capacity.

(6) Understands the sound levels are at the discretion of CMO and the KJ on deck.

(7) Shall provide water in pitchers and glasses for all CMO staff and shall not be charged for it.

(8) Shall follow the guidelines outlined for the qualification night and all rules established for the qualifying night.

(9) Shall provide a place for Ozz to enter singing hidden from the crowd.

(10) May not add any other promotional services on the Audition Night without prior written consent from CMO such as liquor or tobacco ladies, photographers, videographers, etc.

(11) May provide additional prizes, such as door prizes and promotional novelties from vendors with advance written notice to CMO.

(12) Shall provide a reserved table for the CMO Staff (# of chairs to be determined), to be reserved at least three hours prior to the start of the audition. This table must accessible to electricity for the laptop and must have access to Wi-Fi. CMO shall determine where this table shall be located. This table shall have pitchers of water and cups for the staff.

(13) Shall provide a table with three chairs for the judges. This table location shall be determined by CMO. This table shall have pitchers of water and cups for the judges.

(14) Shall not book any event that could interfere with the Audition Night at least two hours prior to the start of the night. Historically people begin to show up 2-3 hours in advance and should have ample seating available.

(15) Must have at least a one year track record of having karaoke on a regular basis, on a regular night.

(16) Must also have been in business for at least one year.

(17) If the Venue pays for this promotion, the active KJ at the time of the NMSF Karaoke Showcase shall be the KJ that hosts the night at the Fair to represent the KJ. In other words, if a KJ hosts an audition night at the venue, but is not the active KJ at the time of the Fair, that KJ will not be the host. The active KJ at that time will be host, unless that KJ is on the CMO no list. The “No CMO No List” is Live Mic Entertainment and Boop Karaoke.

(18) If the KJ pays for the promotion, and moves to another venue, this contract will follow the KJ, not the venue.

(19) Shall provide a parking place for the CMO van that Ozz can wait in until time for him to enter the venue.

(20) Shall provide at least one other word monitor so that the audience and the judges can see the lyrics.

(21) Understands CMO may place a banner promoting CMO and the NMSF Karaoke Showcase in general.

(22) Understands the judges shall also be judging the KJ on sound, accuracy and overall performance as there is Best KJ Award that is awarded at the Showcase.

(23) Understands the judges shall also be judging the Venue on service, cleanliness, bathroom and overall atmosphere as there is Best Venue Award that is awarded at the Showcase.

(24) CMO:  Reserves the right to refuse any Client to be a participating venue for any reason. Should CMO find it necessary to terminate this contract with said client because CMO believes it is in the best interest of the NMSF, CMO shall refund all fees paid within thirty days of cancellation. Cancellation by the client is non refundable.

(25) Does not guarantee any results of this event, only that the agreed services shall be performed.

(26) SHALL:
Perform the qualifying competition as outlined below.

(27) Provide three judges for the audition night and the compensation thereof.

(28) Provide an assistant to manage the audition night and be a liaison between CMO, the Venue and the KJ.

(29) Manage the reservations of the competitors, confirmations, check ins, judging and advancing.

(30) Provide coaches to help the competitors though the audition.

(31) Provide a special guest singer for the night of the audition and the compensation thereof.

(32) Provide a photographer for the night of the audition, liability releases, and pictures to the venue if requested, and the compensation to the photographer.

(33) Provide a video clipper to video clips of the audition night, and then edit the video and post the video on the NMSF Karaoke Showcase Page on the CMO Website.

(34) Provide the venue with four promotion posters. A CMO representative shall post the posters and the venue may not remove or move the posters before the audition night. There will be a fee for additional or replacement posters.

(35) Include the venues logo on the NMSF Karaoke Showcase page, including the date and time of the audition night and the regular karaoke nights.

(36) Include the venue in the on-going NMSF Karaoke Showcase Event.

(37) Text out to the CMO text group and invite all to the audition night at the venue.

(38) Create 1,000 business cards to hand out promoting the auditions and include all participating venue logos.

(39) Post in Craigslist promoting the audition night at the said venue.

(40) Will feature in the CMO Members Email group one week prior to the audition night.

(41) Provide a background banner to the KJ promoting the audition night for the KJ to display on the lyrics screen 30 days prior to the audition night.

(41) Provide a promo card the KJ for announcements.

(42) Post & Tag on Facebook using zip code marketing three days before the night of the audition at the said venue.

(43) Provide Ozz to open the show and be on site until the contestants advanced are announced.

(44) Live Facebook feed the day of the audition by Ozz.

(45) Place your logo on the banner featured at the NMSF every night of the Showcase.

(46) Feature your banner on the CMO Home Page Scroller as early and as long as possible. From the day it is built until the day after the audition.

(47) Make every effort in marketing to book the venue full of contestants and then go to a standby list, and make every effort to fill the venue to capacity.

(48) CMO does not guarantee any results only that the services promised shall be provided.
